CDF was established to respond to critical issues such as poverty, gender inequality, limited access to education, and inadequate healthcare services. Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) challenges including teenage pregnancies and gender-based violence (GBV), continue to disproportionately affect women and girls.Through targeted programs, CDF promotes awareness, improves access to essential services, and empowers individuals and communities to make informed decisions, ultimately building healthier, safer, and more resilient societies.
A society where women, children, and youth are empowered, healthy, and exercise their rights.
Empowering marginalized groups through SRHR, community engagement, and sustainable development.
